At 5:15 pm Northwood Station 1 was dispatched to I-75 South at Wales Rd for a vehicle fire. On arrival crews found a heavily involved pickup truck. The fire was quickly extinguished by Engine 801's crew assisted by Medic 806. The driver of the vehicle was not injured.
